The clinician will provide direct clinical services including individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention within a residential recovery setting. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess an active associate-level Kentucky licensure. Experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and proficiency in EHR systems.

Clinician Level 2 is a licensed (or license-eligible) role responsible for providing direct clinical services with growing independence. This position focuses on strengthening clinical judgment, managing a caseload, and delivering evidence-based care within a structured and supportive environment.
The work environment at The Healing Place reflects a fast-paced residential recovery setting. Clinicians may work with individuals experiencing substance use, trauma, withdrawal, and co-occurring behavioral health needs. The role requires emotional resilience, professional boundaries, and sound judgment. Collaboration, communication, and flexibility are essential.
