Alumni Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Roxbury is currently hiring a full-time team member to create lifetime relationships with discharging patients to support their long-term recovery.
• Certified Recovery Specialist credentials are preferred but not required.
• The Alumni Services Coordinator is responsible for building positive relationships with four stakeholder groups - patients, alumni, families, and local communities.
• JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES: The Alumni Services Coordinator is responsible for alumni outreach and coordination of on-site and off-site events; serves as a liaison to new and discharging patients; conducts group facilitation and speaker coordination; assists with social media for the facility; oversees enrollment and ongoing communication with the alumni group and maintains the alumni database and community events.
• Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for 41 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues.
• Located in hippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17.
• We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg.
