The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide skilled, one-on-one patient care in a home environment according to physician orders. They will also collaborate with a supervising RN and an interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate computerized documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program with at least one year of home healthcare experience. Additionally, they must hold a valid CPR certification, a driver's license, and possess strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

· Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program · Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience needed. · Must be CPR certified · Must work well independently, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation. · Must have critical thinking skills. · Must have exceptional interpersonal skills. · Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
