The LVN is responsible for providing direct nursing care, monitoring client conditions, and coordinating services according to the established plan of care. They also perform health and psychosocial evaluations while providing education and training to patients and their families.
Candidates must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing with at least one year of experience in home health, hospice, or hospital settings. Proficiency in Medicare and Medicaid guidelines is required, and CPR certification must be obtained prior to starting.
