The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement to help them achieve personal goals. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment, administering medications, and documenting progress.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude are required for the role.
