The LVN will provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards, including administering medications and treatments. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions, documenting care in EMR systems, and following safety and infection control protocols.
Candidates must hold an active Texas LVN license and have at least one year of recent experience in a clinical setting. A current BLS/CPR certification and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are also required.

Active Texas LVN License in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings Current BLS/CPR certification Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
