Registered Nurse (RN) – $36–$44/hr Per Diem / W2 | Weekly Pay | Flexible Shifts | Austin Metro Position Overview Hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) across Austin Metro, including: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown Pflugerville, Buda, Kyle Lakeway, Bee Cave Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care in accordance with clinical standards Perform patient assessments and implement care plans Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate EMR documentation Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and safety protocols Active Texas RN License in good standing Minimum 1 year recent experience (hospital, SNF, rehab, or acute care) Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred for some roles) Ability to pass background and credential checks Strong clinical and communication skills W2 employee classification Weekly pay Flexible scheduling (day, evening, night, weekends) Access to high-demand Houston facilities Consistent shift availability Support from a professional staffing team Compliance Statement HCNA is an equal opportunity employer.
