• Category: NursingAurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) team, working a 5x8 schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. As a key member of our Physician Operations team, you’ll deliver safe, high‑quality care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. This role supports medication‑assisted treatment services, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps ensure positive patient outcomes. This role includes medication management, patient monitoring, and supporting patient safety and well‑being in a fast‑paced clinical setting. Experience or knowledge in addiction treatment and pharmacology is essential, along with sound clinical judgment and the ability to respond effectively to complex patient needs. Salary for this role. Starting wage is based on licensure and company equity. Paid bi-weekly. $36.56 - $44.00 hourly Bilingual Language Differential Pay. Employees who successfully pass a language assessment are eligible to receive bilingual differential pay. This differential is provided as a fixed amount of $3,000 per calendar year, paid on a bi‑weekly basis across 26 pay periods, and prorated based on hire date and full‑time equivalency (FTE). Eligibility and payment are subject to the language requirements of the position and the employee’s demonstrated proficiency in the language.

• Functions: Support the clinical functions of the medical team (completing all medical orders and communicating vital patient care information to physician/prescriber). Perform nursing interventions for which an RN has been trained to do. Observe, identify, and monitor patient condition, including changes in symptoms, and relate same to appropriate members of the treatment team. Administer injections and medications. Provide patient education for medication(s). Provide medical case management and other clinical interventions, as appropriate. Effectively respond to patient needs and problems; provide timely responses to messages and other requests. Coordinate prescription refills according to organization policy. Act as liaison to outside agencies and providers to ensure continuity of care for patients. Provide assistance in crisis intervention, as needed. In a timely manner, accurately and completely chart interventions, lab results, medications dispensed, and all activities related to patient interactions according to the organization's procedures. Complete required education and training in a timely manner. Provide information to credentialing, payroll, etc. in a timely manner.
