The fellow will design and conduct independent research projects focusing on peritoneal surface malignancies and surgical outcomes. Responsibilities include data collection, statistical analysis, preparing manuscripts for publication, and collaborating with surgical oncologists.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree and demonstrate experience in medical research and statistical analysis. An interest in oncology and surgery is required, with prior clinical experience preferred.

Contracts are for one year with the possibility of extension. Most research fellows require at least two years to develop projects from conception through publication. Within the last five years, most research fellows have successfully matched into U.S. residency. The program is designed to provide flexibility to support the fellow’s next career step.
