• Range: $47.00 - $100.00 HourlyJob Description Destination Aesthetics – Napa is seeking an experienced RN or mid-level injector/provider to join our growing, high-end medical aesthetics team. Located in a beautifully restored early-1900s home just off downtown Napa, our practice blends luxury with a warm, inviting atmosphere. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments while building lasting relationships with our guests. The ideal candidate is confident in advanced injectables and passionate about aesthetic medicine, with the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team offering a full portfolio of services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser treatments, microneedling, and regenerative therapies. Position requires approximately 30+ hours per week (4+ days), Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. QualificationsQualifications Active California RN license (or higher—NP/PA) with a strong background in aesthetic medicine Proven experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators; additional experience with lasers, microneedling, and PRP/PRF is a plus Excellent consultation skills with a focus on safety, education, and natural-looking results Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for guest experience and relationship-building Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, growing environment Availability for 30+ hours per week, including flexibility for occasional Saturday shifts
