The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides specialized clinical pharmacy services and coordinates care with healthcare practitioners to achieve patient-centered outcomes. They collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and evidence-based medication therapy.
Candidates must hold a PharmD and be a licensed Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio. A PGY1 and PGY2 residency or fellowship is preferred, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
