The role involves providing high-level preventative and periodontal care while educating patients on oral health and diet. Responsibilities include taking X-rays, cleaning teeth, and supporting the dentist in all aspects of dental care.
Candidates must be a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensed in Nevada or Idaho. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, motivated by growth, and possess a great attitude.
Counselling patients and keeping them calm during examination and treatment Screening patients, including conducting mouth and neck examinations and reviewing oral health history Educating patients on proper teeth and gum care and the importance of diet on oral health Taking X-rays and developing dental impressions and radiographs of teeth Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment Removing plaque, cleaning teeth and helping to prevent gum disease Supporting the Dentist on all aspects of dental care Staying current with the latest developments in dentistry Collecting medical and dental histories from patients Charting dental conditions based on observations and evaluations QualificationsRequirements: RDH licensed in Nevada or Idaho Patient and Practice Focused Great Attitude Motivated by Growth and Teamwork We are also offering a sign on bonus!
