Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) is expanding its Advanced Urgent Care clinical offerings in Massachusetts, including Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare - Chestnut Hill Urgent Care Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Urgent Care - Chelsea, Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Quincy, Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Dedham and Beth Israel Lahey Health Urgent Care – Watertown. Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians and Longwood Specialty Physicians Emergency Medicine are a network of practitioners clinically serving multiple community EDs and Urgent Care Centers affiliated with the tertiary, academic Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston. 200 emergency medicine physicians and advanced health practitioners Deliver care to over 350,000 patients annually and growing Clinical affiliations with a variety of health systems in the greater Eastern Massachusetts region International consulting opportunities Variety of Fellowship and educational programs Established alternative quality and shared-risk contracts with major commercial payers Pay Range: $130,000 - $325,700 The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations.
