Responsible for assessing and implementing rehabilitative programs to restore daily living skills and independence for persons with disabilities. Provides clinical supervision to assistants and aides while ensuring adherence to safety and privacy regulations.
Requires graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program and valid OT licensure or limited permit, along with BLS certification. Candidates must have 2 years of recent relevant experience and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: OT-Occupational Therapist OR OLP-Occupational Limited Permit BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC LICENSURES & CERTIFICATIONS: Department: Home Health - DL-Valid Drivers License Department: Home Health - INS-Auto Insurance TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Critical thinking, complex problems solving, decisive judgement and ability to work independently. Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements. Must be able to work in demanding work environment, organize multiple priorities completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements. Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies. Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication (verbal & written) skills as well as interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service and community relations abilities. Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills. Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement. Pay Range is $58.92 to $73.65 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled.
