Position Type Irregular Part-Time (0–39 hours per pay period) There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts as available Schedules available All schedules require working every other weekend and participation in a holiday rotation.

• Shift: 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• PM
• Shift: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• Night
• Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Overview This position provides resident care in the assisted living settings of La Crosse County’s Long-Term Care Campuses, with a strong focus on person-centered care and a home-like environment. Team members are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor. Key Responsibilities

• Support: Safely administer medications following the Five Rights and perform basic clinical tasks within allowed scope.

• Assistance: Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, meals, and transfers.
• Documentation and
• Safety: Accurately document care, comply with assisted living regulations, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
