The Nurse Practitioner provides advanced nursing care to residents in senior living facilities, including conducting physical exams and managing acute and chronic illnesses. They are responsible for prescribing treatments, ordering diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Nursing, a Nurse Practitioner certification, and a current Ohio RN license. A minimum of two years of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting is required.

At Your Door: Visiting Healthcare Services is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to work in Central Ohio area! Our visiting provider group serves Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. If you enjoy autonomy, working with geriatrics, and controlling your schedule, this position may be for you! This is a PRN position with PTO and FLEXIBLE HOURS! We are looking for a provider that can dedicate 4-5 days a week. Increased salary also available with productivity and benefits to be discussed upon interview. Central Ohio area is growing, and this position could become full-time. PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing care services to residents/clients as assigned, making observations on an advanced level, forming nursing judgments, carrying out nursing actions based upon understanding of the scientific principles involved, reporting and recording observations appropriately and supervising staff. Qualified candidates for this position offer: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a nurse practitioner certification.
