Provides mental health interventions and rehabilitative services to clients to reduce symptoms of mental illness and restore functioning. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting assessments, and coordinating care between physicians and caregivers.
Requires an associate degree in nursing and a current RN license from the State of Ohio, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least one year of clinical hospital experience and obtain CPI and BLS certifications within 90 days.

This position provides mental health interventions to clients who require individual community based rehabilitative services and/or group rehabilitative services to maximize the reduction of symptoms of mental illness to restore clients to the highest level of functioning. This position consults with Dani’s Place treatment team to provide the best possible clinical services for clients.
