Radiology Technician

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in the fertility industry.
• We are looking for someone to learn to perform HSGs.
• A hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is a diagnostic X-ray procedure to examine the inside of the uterus, and fallopian tubes, typically to investigate infertility, recurrent miscarriages, or to check for tubal blockages.
• As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in a clinical setting.
• Your primary focus will be on ensuring radiation safety and minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.
• You will also be responsible for producing high-quality radiography images and maintaining accurate patient records.
• Your role will be critical in providing quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiology or related field
• Fluoroscopy experience
• Valid certification in Radiology Technology
• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology or related field
• Experience with advanced imaging techniques
• Experience with PACS and RIS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, in a clinical setting
• Ensure radiation safety and minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff
