The LPN provides direct nursing care, administers medications, and monitors patient vital signs for residents. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants.
Candidates must hold a valid state LPN license and possess strong clinical skills in medication administration. A compassionate approach to caring for the aged and chronically ill is required.
