Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities or injuries using physical and mechanical means based on physician prescriptions. Maintains comprehensive medical records and collaborates with inter-disciplinary staff to manage patient welfare.
Requires a Master's degree or equivalent and a current New York State license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Maintains complete medical records for each patient
