The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents to improve their functional abilities, independence, and overall quality of life. This includes developing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Candidates must be graduates of an AOTA-accredited program and hold valid state licensure and certifications. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is considered a plus.
