About the Role

• As a Speech Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Your work will directly contribute to improving patients' communication abilities and overall quality of life, enabling them to engage more fully with their families and communities.
• You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Experience working with post-acute care patients or similar populations.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a post-acute or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Additional certifications related to dysphagia or cognitive rehabilitation.
