The intern will conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and manage discharge planning to identify community resources for aftercare. Additionally, they will facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic processing groups within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate program for social work or counseling and hold a bachelor's degree in a related field. A letter of recommendation from a practicum advisor and successful completion of background and drug screenings are required.
INTERNSHIP SUMMARY: Students will be supervised by a Licensed Social Worker at our Midtown Brances facility in Ft. Worth, TX. Learn how our facility impacts the community and participate in treatment teams with a multidisciplinary team approach. This is an unpaid internship. LOCATION: 900 Jerome Street, Ft.
