• Caregiver: $18.00- $19.00/Hour (depending on experience, longevity and behavior) $3 weekend add-on rate (applies to certain shifts and conditions) PTO for full time employees after 90 days of employment with cash out options Never scheduled outside your availability. Overtime is at your discretion. • Caregiver you will: Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation Work closely with a team of people including co-workers, client's family members, and medical professionals to help our clients to live as independent as possible Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities (mileage reimbursement)
• Qualifications
• Requirements: High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written A personal vehicle that is well maintained if transporting clients Must successfully complete a criminal background check
• Preferred
• Experience: One year working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health

• Care experience is a plus
• Licenses/Certifications: CPR/First Aid - Provided if you are not currently certified Medication Administration - Provided if you are not currently certified Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record if transporting clients DODD Provider Training Proof of personal auto insurance
