The therapist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake evaluations and provide ongoing individual therapy sessions for a diverse outpatient population. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatry and midlevel providers.
Candidates must hold an active LICSW or LPC license in Alabama and a Master's degree from an accredited program. Experience with diagnostic assessments and outpatient therapy is required.
Position Overview Ally Psychiatry is seeking a licensed outpatient therapist (LICSW or LPC) to join our growing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a full-time, weekday-only role focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy in a supportive, clinician-friendly environment. This role also includes conducting initial intake evaluations (CPT 90791) for new patients, serving as a key entry point into care. You’ll work with a diverse outpatient population, collaborating with psychiatry and midlevel providers while maintaining autonomy in your clinical practice.
Schedule & Compensation Monday–Friday (no evenings required unless preferred) No call, no weekends Competitive base salary + productivity bonus structure W2 employment with full benefits package
