Requires an associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology and MLT certification or CLIA High Complexity qualification. Candidates must have one year of lab experience, or alternatively, an MLT certification or a bachelor's degree.

What to Expect Schedule: EVE 2:45PM - 11:15PM works e/o W/E. Shift diff for Evening and W/E applies. Perform moderate complexity testing including CMV, Hgb S testing, and operation of a cell counter. Perform high complexity testing including Antigen screens, antibody ID, and cross match. Manage the labeling of routine and special components and review criteria to determine product acceptability. Assist in reconciling reports. Associates degree in laboratory science, medical laboratory technology required. MLT certification required or qualification for CLIA High Complexity required. State license as required by regulations. One year of laboratory experience required or MLT certification or Bachelors required without lab experience.
