The nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, and implementation of care for critical patients in a 10-bed ICU. This includes managing complex conditions like sepsis and cardiac arrest while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Delaware with an Associate's degree in Nursing and previous critical care experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, while a BSN is highly preferred.
Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Delaware or valid temporary permit. Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN highly preferred. Previous Critical Care nursing experience required. BLS and ACLS Certification required.
