This role involves providing daily programming, training, direct care, and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, or substance abuse. Key functions include implementing treatment plans, crisis intervention, documentation, and supervising medication administration while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid, insurable Texas driver's license, with a preference for experience working with the IDD population. A fundamental understanding of Intellectual Disability and its impact on individuals is required, along with the ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
