Conducts complex analyses on various sample types using manual and automated methods while ensuring quality and safety. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, documenting quality control, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related sciences, or an Associate's degree with at least three years of clinical laboratory experience. ASCP certification or an equivalent is preferred.

Overview Under general supervision, conducts analyses on a variety of sample types. Maintains accurate records and exercises independent judgment to produce reliable test results. Ensures quality, efficiency, and safety in all laboratory operations. Functions as a fully engaged and collaborative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, biology or related sciences required or; an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or completion of Military Laboratory Technology with a minimum of three years of experience.
