The Clinical Specialist in Infectious Disease will develop and implement an Antibiotic Stewardship Program and ensure proper documentation of its activities. They will also provide pharmaceutical care and collaborate with various hospital departments on antimicrobial use initiatives.
A Post Graduate Degree (PHARM D) is required along with an OK Pharmacist License and BLS certification. A PGY 1 Pharmacy Residency and/or BCPS Certification is also required within three years from the date of hire.
