The Physical Therapist conducts assessments and develops treatment plans to restore strength, mobility, and function for patients. They are also responsible for educating caregivers and collaborating with rehab teams on discharge planning.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a current PT license and CPR certification. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
