Responsibilities

Assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans Provide skilled therapy services to residents Document treatments and progress per facility and state guidelines Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team Promote patient independence and quality of life

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited OTA program Active Ohio OTA license (required) SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
