The therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family counseling. They must also manage crisis situations and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and coworkers.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and possess a valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Additional requirements include a clean background check, a valid driver's license, and obtaining First Aid/CPR and Behavioral Management certifications.
