Location: Ponessa Behavioral Health - Lancaster Office Hourly- 18.00 per hour

Responsibilities: Processing all referrals submitted by internal and external referrals Determining insurance eligibility and working alongside our billing department Communication and follow up with both community partners and consumers Managing both a comprehensive client list and navigation of our electronic health records system Managing monthly insurance changes Communication with clinical members of the SUD Outpatient team around assigning referrals, caseloads, availability, Etc. Managing the input or export of documentation in the electronic health records system Supporting the Program Director with tasks relevant to SUD Outpatient Additional responsibilities deemed appropriate by the
