The specialist is responsible for processing internal and external referrals and determining insurance eligibility for the SUD Outpatient program. They manage client lists, navigate electronic health records, and coordinate with clinical teams and community partners.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree and bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and obtain necessary PA clearances.
