Provide essential clinical, clerical, and technical support to healthcare providers to ensure patient care, comfort, and safety. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, documenting patient data, assisting with procedures, and managing medical records.
Must have completed a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institute and hold a valid CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification. Candidates must be proficient in medical terminology and capable of meeting the physical demands of a medical office environment.

Medical Assistants function as vital healthcare team members by providing essential clinical, clerical, and technical support to assist providers in planning for patients’ care, comfort, and safety. The Medical Assistant performs consistently with MN Women’s Care's mission, policies, and initiatives while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Essential Functions and Qualifications Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited institute. Medical Assistant program diploma. Certification is required (CMA) (RMA) (CCMA) Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to work in an upright, standing position for extended periods. Manual dexterity. Work is performed in a medical office setting using standard medical equipment.
