The pharmacist is responsible for preparing and dispensing medications while overseeing pharmacy technicians to ensure patient safety. They provide pharmacological expertise to the healthcare team and monitor patient responses to drug therapy.
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Texas pharmacist license and a degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy. Experience with Omnicell, Meditech, and at least one year of inpatient hospital experience is preferred.
