The provider implements social service interventions and conducts therapeutic groups for patients within a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and performing crisis interventions.
Candidates must hold a valid clinical license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPC) and a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in a behavioral health setting and CPR certification.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker oversees the implementation of interventions performed by other disciplines with the social service department. Primary Source Verification of education. Copy of clinical license. CPR. Behavioral Management Training PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: Master's in Social Work or Psychology field from an accredited school preferred
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW); Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) - with the State of Louisiana
Experience: One-year experience performing duties as a Social Worker/Counselor in a Behavioral
Health setting preferred
Family Nurse Practitioner
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Wellness LPN or LVN Nurse
