Registered Nurse - RN 7p-7a

The Opportunity Minden Medical Center is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse - RN 7p-7a in Minden to deliver safe, high-quality care on the night shift.

Key responsibilities include

• Assessing patient status and responding to changes
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Developing and updating nursing care plans
• Educating patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support patient safety

Required qualifications/skills

• Current RN licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing (1 year Nursery/NICU/L&D preferred)
• CPR required
• NRP within 8 weeks of hire
• Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
• Willingness to train and float between labor unit, post-partum/GYN floor, and nursery
