$110,000 - $130,500 / YEAR
Provide primary and preventive healthcare services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions in a clinic setting. Collaborate with an integrated team of medical, behavioral health, and dental providers to support whole-person patient outcomes.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a current Montana license, full prescriptive authority, and DEA registration. Board certification or eligibility and a valid Montana driver's license are required.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and preventive healthcare services in a clinic-based setting. You will work independently while also collaborating closely with physicians, providers, nursing, behavioral health, dental, care management, and other team members to support patient-centered outcomes.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
