The technician is responsible for evaluating incoming urgent care patients, prioritizing treatment, and assisting veterinarians with procedures. They also manage patient monitoring, anesthesia induction, and provide essential client education on home care and medications.
Prior veterinary experience is required, with a preference for those who have worked in emergency settings. Candidates must be proficient in medical calculations and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
