The LPN provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care to residents while promoting their overall well-being. They are also responsible for directing the daily functions of STNAs and administering medications as ordered by physicians.
Candidates must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution and possess a current, unencumbered Ohio LPN license and CPR certification. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program, college or university. A current, unencumbered, active OHIO LPN License and current CPR. Experience in Point Click Care is a plus.
