The Residential Care Aid provides direct care, treatment services, and supervision to clients in a residential setting. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A MO Class E Chauffeur's license is preferred for transporting clients.
The Residential Care Aid (RCA) is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of care and treatment services to clients living in a residential setting. The RCA ensures a therapeutic, clean, and safe environment which is productive, meaningful, and provided in a manner that is appropriate for the client within the care/treatment setting.
