This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in senior care and rehab while working independently in a mobile therapy setting. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders Perform evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable outcomes Deliver swallowing therapy (dysphagia management) and communication training Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

Qualifications
