The role involves monitoring patient behavior, documenting vital signs, and performing safety checks to maintain a healing environment. The worker provides individual and group interventions to support psychiatric patients in their recovery and rehabilitation.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred. Candidates must hold AHA CPR/BLS certification and possess the ability to relate to emotionally ill individuals.
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent with related experience required.
