Deliver comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, endodontic, and surgical care while leading a clinical team. Develop patient-focused treatment plans and maintain continuity of care within a modern practice.
Must possess an active Arizona Dental License and a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry. Experience or interest in implants and surgical procedures is preferred.
United Dental Corporation is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing team in the Phoenix market. We are looking for a provider committed to comprehensive dentistry, clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, educating patients, and providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment. Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on provider experience, schedule preferences, and business needs. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses Develop and present treatment plans Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care Educate patients on treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care Build long-term patient relationships through trust and quality care Clinical Opportunities Providers with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply: Implant Restorations Implant Placement Invisalign® Treatment Cosmetic Dentistry Crown & Bridge Removable Prosthetics Endodontics Oral Surgery Full Mouth Rehabilitation Required DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Dental License in Arizona DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Invisalign® Certification Implant Restoration Experience Preferred Implant Placement Experience Cosmetic dentistry experience Endodontic experience Oral surgery experience Regular Employees scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Malpractice Insurance Continuing Education Support Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
