Provide in-home physical therapy services Develop individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Document patient progress accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license CPR certification Valid driver’s license + clean driving record Reliable transportation & auto insurance Ability to work independently Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome! Pay Routine Visits: $69–$79 Evaluations: $91–$104 Admissions: $172.50–$197.50 Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
