The On-Call RN is responsible for triaging patient calls, conducting patient visits, and performing admissions as needed. They must adapt to patient status and needs on an on-call basis while participating in daily field visits.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred, along with an empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
