Provide direct speech-language pathology services in accordance with physician orders. Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with OASIS and PPS guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for continuity of care. What We’re Looking For: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of practice. 1+ year of clinical experience as an SLP. Ability to travel within Middlebury & Danbury coverage area (must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance).
