The Registered Nurse is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel activities to ensure quality patient care. This includes utilizing the nursing process for patient assessments, planning, and care interventions while collaborating with physicians and healthcare clinicians.
A degree in Nursing is required, with a BSN preferred. Active RN licensure and BLS certification are required, along with additional certifications depending on the assigned area.
