• The Bayshore on HHI is recruiting for a hospitality focused med aide to join our team!
• We are looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Medication Aides with a passion for serving seniors.
• Open Shifts include: Day Shift (7a-7p) or Night Shift (7p- 7a).
• All shifts require weekend availability.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work on our nursing team and help care for a special group of residents at The Bayshore on HHI!
• Hourly wage starting at $20+/hr.

This position provides direct care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Med Aide

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have

• Med aide certification or similar experience
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
